HCW & Associates is a professional full service manufacturer’s representative firm operating out of the Pacific Northwest – servicing the West Coast.
We offer synergistic manufacturing solutions for our customers with specific focus in machining, assembly, tooling, fabrication, casting and composite detail production. Our organization consists of knowledgeable – accomplished business development professionals and engineers with extensive experience in our territory for marketing engineered products built to print.
Meet The Team
Hank Wagemans
Owner
Hank is a business development professional with an economics degree from the University of Washington. After school Hank spent 6 years as a buyer at Boeing – involved with “SCD” equipment as well as castings forgings & machined parts. Hank spent an additional 6 years in direct sales – managing & developing UK based High DutyAlloys position in the western half of the US. In 1990 he established HCW & Associates – a Manufacturer’s Representative agency with primary focus in the aerospace industry.
Scott Wagemans
Co-Owner
Scott is a business development professional with a mechanical engineering degree from Gonzaga University. Scott spent 4 years as a program manager with Cadence Aerospace. Prior he spent a year in France at Figeac Aero in a similar capacity. Scott also severed internships at Renton Coil Spring and Exotic Metals. Scott joined HCW in 2013.
Taylor Wagemans
Co-Owner
Taylor joined the sales team in 2017. He is a business development professional with a mechanical engineering degree from Gonzaga University. Taylor spent 3 years at Romac as an ME III. Responsibilities included overseas casting supplier development and managing manufacturing launch of new Romac products.
Prior he spent 4 years at Haakon Industries as the Production Engineering Manager over a plant of 170 employees.
